Make easy breadsticks with 2-ingredient dough, topped with butter, garlic salt, and your favorite toppings.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup self-rising flour, plus more for kneading
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic salt, or to taste
  • 3 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese, or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  • Combine 1 cup of flour with Greek yogurt in a bowl until a shaggy dough forms. Transfer to a floured surface and knead for 8 to 10 minutes, adding more flour if needed to prevent sticking.
  • Roll out the dough into an 8x10-inch rectangle, then cut it into 8 even strips. Shape the strips into logs if necessary and transfer them to the baking sheet.
  • Enhance the dough with a lavish brush of olive oil and a generous sprinkle of garlic salt.
  • Place in the preheated oven and bake for 16 to 18 minutes or until lightly browned. Top with Parmesan cheese and parsley if preferred. Serve while warm.
