Make easy cinnamon rolls with a 2-ingredient dough, topped with a delicious cream cheese glaze.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup self-rising flour, plus more for kneading
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.75 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 ounce cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon salted butter, softened
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) and generously grease a baking dish or loaf pan.
  • Combine the flour and Greek yogurt in a medium bowl until a shaggy dough comes together. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for 8 to 10 minutes, adding more flour as necessary if the dough is sticky.
  • Using a rolling pin, gently shape the dough into a generous 10x12-inch rectangle.
  • In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon. Spread this flavorful mixture over the dough. Roll the dough tightly from one end to create a log. Cut the log into 6 equal pieces and place them in the pan.
  • Bake until beautifully golden, around 20-25 minutes in the preheated oven.
  • While waiting, combine powdered sugar, cream cheese, softened butter, milk, and vanilla, whisking until smooth. Once the cinnamon rolls are done baking, take them out of the oven and drizzle the creamy glaze on top.
