Whip up easy pigs in a blanket using 2-ingredient dough for your party!
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt
  • 0.75 cup self-rising flour, plus more for kneading
  • 1 small egg
  • 24 cocktail wieners
  • 2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a spacious bowl, combine Greek yogurt and flour until crumbly. Dust a cutting board with flour, then transfer the dough mixture onto it and knead until smooth for approximately 5 minutes.
  • Combine the egg and water, whisking until well blended in a separate bowl.
  • Roll the dough into a 12x6-inch rectangle, then cut it in half lengthwise. Proceed to cutting the dough crosswise into 1-inch strips, resulting in 24 strips.
  • Take a piece of dough strip and coil it around a cocktail wiener, then place it seam side down on the baking sheet. Do the same with the rest of the cocktail wieners.
  • Coat dough with a layer of egg wash, then generously sprinkle each pig in a blanket with everything bagel seasoning.
  • Bake until golden brown in the preheated oven for approximately 15 minutes.
