Two-Ingredient Dough Air Fryer Pretzel Bites

Make easy pretzel bites using Greek yogurt and self-rising flour dough in the air fryer.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1.25 cups self-rising flour, plus more for kneading
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
Instructions:
  • Preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and dust a cutting board with self-rising flour.
  • In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt with 1 1/4 cups self-rising flour until a ball of dough forms. Transfer the dough to a cutting board and knead until smooth.
  • Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and shape each into ropes. Cut one rope into 1-inch pieces and arrange them in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 3 minutes until the pretzel bites are golden brown. Shake and continue cooking for an additional 3 minutes. Brush each bite with melted butter and cook for another 3 minutes until perfectly crisp.
  • Place the pretzel bites onto the baking sheet using tongs, then generously brush them with more melted butter and sprinkle with kosher salt. Repeat this process with the remaining dough ropes.
