Make effortless air fryer donuts using two-ingredient dough, customizable with your favorite glaze.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 0.75 cup Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream, or as needed
Instructions:
  • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C), then line the basket with parchment paper and give it a quick spray of nonstick cooking spray.
  • In a bowl, mix flour and yogurt until well combined. Use floured hands to knead the dough into a smooth ball. Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces.
  • On a floured surface, shape each piece of dough into a 10 to 12-inch long rope. Pinch the ends together and arrange in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching. Lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Air-fry the donuts until they turn a light golden brown on one side, for 3 1/2 to 4 minutes. Flip them over and continue air-frying until they are a beautiful golden brown color, for an extra 3 to 4 minutes. Allow the donuts to cool. Optional: Prepare glaze.
  • In a bowl, combine powdered sugar and heavy whipping cream, whisk until smooth. Dip donuts in the glaze, then place on a wire rack to set for 5 to 6 minutes.
