Delicious air fryer calzones with easy two-ingredient pizza dough, stuffed with gooey mozzarella and spicy pepperoni.
Ingredients:
  • olive oil cooking spray
  • 1.5 cups self-rising flour, plus more for kneading
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 cup prepared pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup pepperoni
Instructions:
  • Combine flour and Greek yogurt in a bowl, then transfer the mixture to a floured work surface. Knead for 8-10 minutes, adding more flour as necessary to prevent stickiness.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) following the manufacturer's guidelines, then lightly coat the basket with cooking spray.
  • Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and roll each piece into a flat circle on a lightly floured surface, about 1/8-inch thick. Spread 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce over the bottom half of each circle, then add 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese and a quarter of the pepperoni on top. Fold the dough over the filling to form half circles, crimp the edges to seal, and coat with cooking spray.
  • Place the calzones in the air fryer basket in batches if needed. Air fry for 4 minutes, then flip them over and continue to air fry until golden brown, about 4 to 5 more minutes.
