Air fryer pretzel bites made with easy two-ingredient dough. Perfect appetizer.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • cooking spray
  • 1 tablespoon coarse kosher salt, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Combine self-rising flour and Greek yogurt in a bowl until fully mixed. Transfer dough onto a floured surface and knead until smooth.
  • Shape the dough into ropes that are 3/4 inch thick. Slice each rope into three 5-inch pieces and form each piece into a small ball.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 5 minutes.
  • As you wait, let the water in a large pot come to a boil over medium-high heat. Stir in baking soda. Gently place the dough balls into the water and simmer until they rise to the surface.
  • Remove floated dough balls using a slotted spoon and transfer them to the air fryer basket, working in batches if necessary.
  • Bake pretzel bites until golden brown, about 8-10 minutes. Lightly coat with nonstick cooking spray, sprinkle with kosher salt, then serve and savor.
