Air fryer pretzel crescent rolls: Quick, crispy perfection.
Ingredients:
  • 1 quart water
  • 0.25 cup baking soda
  • 1 (8 ounce) package refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • pretzel salt
  • cooking spray
Instructions:
  • Place a large stock pot over high heat and bring water to a boil.
  • Shape the crescents as desired and preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), line the basket with parchment paper, and give it a generous spray of cooking oil.
  • When the water reaches a boil, gently pour in the baking soda (expect bubbling!). Use a spider strainer to lower the crescent rolls into the brine, boil for 5 seconds, then transfer onto parchment paper in the air fryer basket. Finish by sprinkling with salt.
  • Air fry the crescent rolls until they are cooked through and beautifully golden, which should take around 12 minutes. Serve right away.
