Make easy, tasty bagels using two-ingredient dough in the air fryer.
Ingredients:
  • 1.25 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 cup full-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 large egg white, beaten
  • 3 teaspoons everything bagel seasoning
Instructions:
  • Combine flour and Greek yogurt in a medium bowl using a fork until a crumbly dough forms. Adjust consistency by adding more yogurt if too thick or a bit more flour if too sticky.
  • Place the dough on a floured work surface and knead until smooth for 5 to 7 minutes. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Roll and stretch each part into 3/4-inch thick ropes, about 8 to 9 inches long. Connect the ends to form a bagel shape and seal by pinching. Brush with egg white and sprinkle with bagel seasoning.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 280 degrees F (137 degrees C) and prepare the fryer basket by lining it with a parchment liner or lightly spraying with cooking spray.
  • Place the bagels in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook until gorgeously golden brown for 15 to 16 minutes. Ensure the bagels have enough space between them for optimal crispiness. If your air fryer is small, cook in two batches to ensure even cooking.
  • Transfer to a cooling rack and let it cool for approximately 15 minutes before cutting.
