Whip up quick and tasty garlic knots using 2-ingredient dough in 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1.00 cup whole fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 0.25 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 0.25 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic granules
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, blend together flour, yogurt, garlic granules, Italian seasoning, and salt until fully mixed.
  • Sprinkle extra flour on work surface, place dough on it, and knead with the palm of your hand for 8 to 10 minutes. Add more flour as needed, 1 teaspoon at a time, to prevent stickiness.
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 500 degrees F (260 degrees C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat like Silpat®.
  • Form dough into a round loaf. Cut dough into 8 wedges using a bench scraper. Roll each wedge into a rope, then form into knots and arrange on baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until the knots are golden brown, for about 10-12 minutes.
  • In a small glass bowl, mix together melted butter, oil, garlic granules, and parsley. Brush this flavorful topping over the warm knots.
