Ingredients:
  • 250.00 ml semi-dried tomatoes
  • 125.00 ml fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
  • 125.00 ml fresh basil leaves
  • 125.00 ml dry-roasted cashew nuts
  • 170.63 gm olive oil
Instructions:
  • Combine tomatoes, parsley, basil, cashews, and 2 tablespoons of cold water in a food processor and pulse until roughly chopped. With the processor running, slowly pour in the oil until well combined. Transfer mixture to a bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste.
