Mahi mahi fillets coated in toasted sesame and ginger for a flavorful and simple dish.
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 pound mahi mahi fillets
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic pepper seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
  • 1.5 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and generously spray a shallow baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Gently pat the mahi mahi dry. Drizzle with fragrant sesame oil and generously season with garlic pepper. Press flavorful grated ginger and toasted sesame seeds onto both sides of the fish for a delightful coating. Transfer the fish to the baking dish.
  • Cook the fish in the preheated oven until it easily flakes with a fork, about 10 to 15 minutes.
