Pleasant and speedy pork dish.
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 pounds pork tenderloins
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup sesame seed
  • 1 package (3 ounces) cream cheese, cut into cubes
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives or 1 teaspoon freeze-dried chives
Instructions:
  • Slice the pork into 12 pieces and gently flatten them to a 1/2-inch thickness using plastic wrap or waxed paper.
  • Preheat broiler. Brush pork with oil and sprinkle half of the sesame seeds. Broil pork 4 to 6 inches from heat for 6 minutes, then flip. Sprinkle with remaining sesame seeds and broil for another 5 minutes until slightly pink in center.
  • In a 10-inch skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Sauté garlic in the butter for about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Reduce the heat, then add cream cheese and milk. Cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture is smooth and hot. Stir in chives and serve the sauce with pork.
