Spicy Asian fish with buckwheat soba noodles.
Ingredients:
  • 4 x 160g skinless ling fish fillets, halved lengthways
  • 35g sesame seeds
  • 18.20 gm peanut oil
  • 270g pkt soba noodles
  • 150g snow peas, trimmed, thinly sliced diagonally
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced diagonally
  • 42.00 gm lime juice
  • 42.00 gm soy sauce
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 long red chilli, thinly sliced diagonally, to serve
Instructions:
  • Press sesame seeds onto fish fillets. Heat peanut oil in large frying pan over medium heat. Cook fish for 4 mins on each side until golden and cooked through.
  • Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with warm water. Combine noodles with snow peas and onion in a large bowl, tossing to mix well.
  • In a small bowl, mix lime juice, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Drizzle over the noodle salad and mix well. Serve the noodle salad on plates and place the fish on top. Garnish with chili before serving.
