Lively sesame-ginger vinaigrette - ideal for marinating or dressing salads.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup sesame oil
  • 0.25 cup rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sliced green onion
  • 2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
  • Combine sesame oil, rice vinegar, green onion, ginger, maple syrup, salt, and pepper in a screw-top jar. Shake vigorously to blend all the flavors together.
