Rainbow Jello parfait topped with fluffy whipped cream - a fun and simple treat with vibrant layers and creamy finish.
Ingredients:
  • 7 (3 ounce) packages assorted fruit flavored Jell-O® mix
  • 4.5 cups boiling water, divided
  • 4.5 cups cold water, divided
  • 1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk, divided
  • 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Instructions:
  • Grease a 9x13 inch dish with cooking spray.
  • Combine one package of gelatin with 3/4 cup of boiling water until fully dissolved. Stir in 3/4 cup of cold water. Pour mixture into a pan and chill until nearly firm, about 45 minutes.
  • In a separate bowl, sprinkle another package of gelatin over 1/2 cup of boiling water and stir until dissolved. Add 1/2 cup of cold water and 1/2 cup of evaporated milk, then pour over the first layer. Chill until almost set, about 45 minutes.
  • Continue layering the gelatin mixture until all of it is used. Just before serving, generously top with whipped topping.
