Elevate the classic seven-layer salad by transforming it into convenient party bites.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cans (8 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Original Crescent Dough Sheet
  • 5 slices cooked bacon, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
  • 1 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/4 of a red onion, diced
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 5 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/3 cup frozen sweet peas
  • 1/3 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F. Cook the peas according to the package instructions, then cool them completely. Chill in the refrigerator until needed.
  • Unroll the dough sheets and lay them in an ungreased 15x10x1-inch pan. Seal the edges by pressing them together to create a crust. Bake for approximately 12 minutes until golden brown. Let it cool completely before proceeding.
  • Transfer the mayonnaise into a plastic bag and snip a small hole at one end. Drizzle most of the mayonnaise over the pizza crust, leaving about 2 tablespoons behind, then spread it evenly.
  • Layer romaine, crispy bacon, crunchy cucumber, and zesty onion, along with refreshing peas and savory cheese. Drizzle the remaining mayonnaise over the dish for added creaminess.
  • Slice into a grid of 20 portions and serve fresh.
