Impress your guests with a delicious 7-layer dip featuring savory meat, refried beans, creamy guacamole, zesty salsa, gooey cheese, and flavorful olives - perfect for any gathering served at room temperature.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 pounds ground beef
  • 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
  • 4 cups shredded Cheddar-Monterey Jack cheese blend
  • 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 (2.25 ounce) can black olives, chopped
  • 0.5 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup chopped green onions
Instructions:
  • First, preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Then, brown and crumble the ground beef in the skillet for 5 to 7 minutes until cooked through. Next, drain the beef and let it cool to room temperature.
  • Layer the beans on the bottom of a 9x13-inch glass dish or a serving platter. Add 2 cups of shredded cheese on top of the beans. Spread beef over the cheese. Carefully spoon sour cream over the beef, followed by guacamole. Pour salsa over the guacamole and spread evenly. Finish by sprinkling the remaining 2 cups of shredded cheese, along with black olives, tomatoes, and green onions.
  • Enjoy right away, or chill in the refrigerator overnight for a delicious cold option.
