Decadent vanilla-chocolate pudding with luscious cream cheese and fluffy whipped topping - a dreamy delight!
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup margarine, melted
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 4 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 (3.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened chocolate, melted
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect baking temperature.
  • Prepare the crust by combining margarine, pecans, and graham cracker crumbs in a medium bowl. Press the mixture into a 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until lightly browned. Let it cool completely before using.
  • Combine the cream cheese and confectioners sugar in a medium bowl and beat until smooth. Gently fold in 1 cup of whipped topping. Transfer the mixture into the graham cracker crust.
  • Make the chocolate and vanilla puddings with milk following the instructions on the packages. Let the puddings set before spreading them over the cream cheese layer. Top with 3 cups of whipped topping and swirl melted chocolate throughout.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for an hour. To store leftover pie, freeze it in a well-sealed container. When you're ready to enjoy it, simply slice off a piece and let it thaw while keeping the rest in the freezer.
