Bake Cajun butter shrimp on a sheet pan for irresistible flavor.
Ingredients:
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 0.25 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 2 pounds extra large shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 6 lemon wedges (optional)
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • In a small bowl, mix smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, oregano, pepper, cayenne pepper, and thyme. Pat dry shrimp and transfer to a large bowl. Season with the Cajun blend and drizzle with olive oil. Toss well to ensure even coating.
