Succulent garlic butter steak bites with veggies cooked on a sheet pan for a quick and delicious 30-minute dinner.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound tiny new red and/or yellow potatoes, halved
  • 12 ounces green beans, trimmed
  • 1 small red onion, cut into 1-inch wedges
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 pound beef sirloin steak, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 clove garlic, grated
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary or parsley
Instructions:
  • Position an oven rack 6 inches away from the heat source. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) and lightly coat a 10x15-inch baking sheet with cooking spray.
  • Combine potatoes, green beans, onion, 1 tablespoon oil, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper in a bowl. Spread the vegetable mixture evenly on the prepared pan.
  • Roast vegetables in the middle of the oven, giving them a good stir halfway through, for 15 minutes.
  • Combine steak with Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon oil, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper in the same bowl.
  • Preheat the broiler. Arrange vegetables around the edges of the pan and place the steak in the center. Broil the steak, flipping halfway, until it reaches your desired doneness (140 to 145 degrees F (60 to 63 degrees C) for medium), for 6 to 8 minutes.
  • In a small saucepan, gently melt butter. Stir in garlic and cook until fragrant for about 30 seconds. Pour the aromatic garlic butter over the steak and vegetables. Sprinkle with fresh rosemary for a burst of flavor.
