Effortlessly roast juicy steak, crispy potatoes, and tender green beans together on one pan for a simple yet satisfying dinner with easy cleanup.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound tenderized round steak
  • 1 package Brazilian steakhouse marinade mix, such as McCormick® Grill Mates® Brazilian steakhouse marinade
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 3 cups baby potatoes
  • 1 pound French green beans
  • 1 package toasted onion & garlic potato seasoning, such as McCormick® Toasted Onion & Garlic Potato Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons oil
Instructions:
  • Place steak in a resealable plastic bag. Combine marinade mix, 1/4 cup oil, water, and red wine vinegar in a small bowl; pour over the steak in the bag. Seal the bag, remove excess air, and massage to coat the steak. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
  • Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with foil.
  • Combine baby potatoes and green beans with oil in a large resealable bag. Shake well to coat. Add potato seasoning, reseal the bag, and shake again.
  • Arrange the vegetables in a single layer on the prepared sheet, then place the steak on top of the vegetables.
  • Roast in a hot oven until potatoes are tender and steaks are firm and pink in the center, around 1 hour. Switch on the broiler, and broil steak for 3 minutes. Flip steak and broil for another 3 minutes. Check with a thermometer – it should read 130°F (54°C). Serve hot.
