Elevate this soup with flavorful shiitake mushrooms.
Ingredients:
  • 3 1/2 cups Progresso™ reduced-sodium chicken broth (from 32-ounce carton)
  • 1 package (3.2 ounces) fresh shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 small bell pepper, chopped (1/2 cup)
  • 1/2 cup snap pea pods
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 package (8-ounce size) dried Chinese noodles
Instructions:
  • Combine all ingredients, excluding noodles, in a 2-quart saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat and let it boil for 3 minutes.
  • Add the noodles and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, then simmer uncovered for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
