Ingredients:
  • 3 cups prepared dashi stock
  • 0.25 cup sliced shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon miso paste
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 0.125 cup cubed soft tofu
  • 1 green onion, chopped
Instructions:
  • Bring flavorful dashi stock to a lively boil in a saucepan, then lower the heat, gently add mushrooms, and simmer for 3 minutes.
  • Combine the miso paste and soy sauce in a small bowl, then add to the stock along with the tofu. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
