Ingredients:
  • 100g pkt bean vermicelli noodles
  • 300g shredded cooked chicken breast
  • 50g chopped leg ham
  • Fresh coriander leaves, to serve
  • 1 shallot, end trimmed, finely chopped
  • 42.00 gm soy sauce
  • 20.00 ml minced ginger
  • 20.00 ml sesame oil
  • 12.00 gm tahini
  • 2 tsp white vinegar
  • 10.00 gm caster sugar
  • 2 tsp ground szechuan pepper
Instructions:
  • Place the noodles in a heatproof bowl and cover them with boiling water. Allow them to soften for 5 minutes, then drain thoroughly.
  • Combine the shallot, soy sauce, ginger, oil, tahini, vinegar, sugar, and Szechuan pepper in a small bowl to prepare the flavorful soy sesame dressing.
  • Combine the noodles, chicken, and ham in a large serving bowl, gently toss together. Drizzle with dressing, sprinkle with fresh coriander leaves, and serve right away.
