Elevate classic deviled eggs with delicious shrimp and dill!
Ingredients:
  • 6 eggs
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 (4.5 ounce) can shrimp, rinsed and drained
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill weed
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons prepared Dijon-style mustard
  • 0.25 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • fresh dill weed
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan, carefully simmer eggs in cold water until boiled. Remove from heat promptly, cover, and let eggs soak in the hot water for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool, peel, and enjoy.
  • Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise, carefully extract the yolks, and reserve the whites for later use.
  • Combine mashed egg yolks with creamy mayonnaise, succulent shrimp, aromatic green onions, fresh dill, tangy lime juice, zesty Dijon mustard, spicy hot sauce, and a pinch of black pepper in a medium bowl.
  • Dollop about 1 tablespoon of egg yolk mixture onto each egg white. Top with fresh dill weed and refrigerate until ready to serve.
