Irresistible spinach artichoke dip with Cheddar, Parmesan, and shrimp, baked to perfection. Perfect with crispy tortilla chips.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup cooked and peeled shrimp
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cup chopped green onions
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 pinch paprika, for garnish
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
  • Combine artichoke hearts, sharp Cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, shrimp, creamy mayonnaise, fresh green onions, and a touch of garlic salt in a medium baking dish. Finish by generously sprinkling paprika on top before baking.
  • Bake in the oven until golden brown and bubbling, for approximately 20 minutes.
