Make-ahead shrimp appetizer, perfect served with garlic bread or fresh dinner rolls.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 pounds shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups dry white wine
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pinch ground cayenne pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cups fresh bread crumbs
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and lightly grease an 11x7 inch casserole dish.
  • Spread the shrimp evenly in the casserole dish then drizzle with wine.
  • Combine butter, garlic, cayenne pepper, paprika, parsley, and bread crumbs to create a flavorful mixture. Sprinkle this delicious blend over the shrimp and refrigerate if preferred.
  • Place the dish in a hot oven for 20 minutes or until the shrimp are cooked through and the topping turns crispy and golden brown. Serve right away.
