Decadent shrimp simmered in savory pork sauce, a treasured family recipe reminiscent of classic Lobster sauce. Irresistibly delicious. Give it a try and savor the perfection.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 pound fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 0.5 teaspoon white sugar
  • 5 green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup water, or as needed
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon cold water
Instructions:
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, infuse the oil with garlic until fragrant. Brown the pork for about 5 minutes. Incorporate the shrimp and sauté until pink and opaque.
  • Combine soy sauce, sugar, and green onions. Add 2 cups of water and bring to a boil. Simmer for 3 minutes. Mix remaining water with cornstarch and stir into the skillet until thickened. Turn off the heat for a smooth sauce. Gently stir in the eggs and serve over rice.
