Bacon shrimp stuffed mushrooms topped with Cheddar cheese.
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) and gently grease a medium baking dish.
  • Separate mushroom stems, finely chop them, and keep aside. Place mushroom caps cavity side up in the baking dish.
  • Combine mushroom stems, cooked baby shrimp, bacon flavored crackers, and cream cheese in a medium bowl for a flavorful filling.
  • Fill mushroom caps generously with the mushroom stem mixture and then sprinkle sharp Cheddar cheese on top.
  • Place in the oven that has been preheated and bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and has a slight golden brown color.
