Boneless pork chops cooked in a seasoned white wine sauce on the stovetop for a simple and delicious weeknight dinner.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons grapeseed oil
  • 6 (5 ounce) boneless pork chops
  • 1.5 cups water
  • 0.25 cup dry white wine
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions:
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, sear pork chops in hot oil until golden on both sides, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Combine water, wine, soy sauce, ginger, paprika, turmeric, salt, and pepper in a container. Gently pour the flavorful mixture over the pork chops, ensuring they're coated evenly. It's fine if the liquid doesn't fully cover the chops.
  • Cover the skillet with a lid or foil, leaving a small gap for steam to escape. Simmer gently without flipping until all liquid evaporates and chops are cooked through, about 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Use an instant-read thermometer to ensure the center reaches 145°F (63°C).
