Decadent chocolate chip cheesecake with a rich brown sugar twist. Deliciously creamy and simple to make.
Ingredients:
  • 1 individual package chocolate graham crackers, crushed
  • 0.5 cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Combine cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar, then press the mixture into a 9-inch pie plate, refrigerating the crust while preparing the filling.
  • In a large bowl, cream together cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth. Mix in eggs and egg yolk. Add vanilla and fold in chocolate chips. Pour filling into pie crust.
  • Place the dish in the oven heated to the desired temperature for 50 minutes, or until the filling is firm.
