Easy ground beef stroganoff with creamy mushroom and celery soup flavors - perfect for a quick weeknight meal.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 tablespoons butter, divided
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.5 onion, diced
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 (12 ounce) package egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions:
  • In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter with oil. Sauté onion and garlic powder until onion is golden brown, about 5 to 7 minutes. Reduce heat to medium, add ground beef, and cook until browned and crumbly, approximately 5 to 7 more minutes.
  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a rolling boil. Add egg noodles and cook until tender yet firm to the bite, about 6 minutes. Drain and enjoy!
  • Combine sour cream and the remaining 1 1/2 teaspoons of butter with the cooked ground beef in the skillet. Mix in cream of mushroom soup, cream of celery soup, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir thoroughly. Simmer until the sauce reaches your preferred thickness, approximately 10 minutes. Serve over cooked egg noodles.
