Quick and creamy beef stroganoff with ground beef, sour cream, and mushroom soup, ready in 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package egg noodles
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can fat-free condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
Instructions:
  • Assemble all ingredients.
  • Brown and crumble ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and quickly bring it to a boil. Cook egg noodles until they are tender yet firm, which usually takes 7 to 9 minutes. Drain the noodles and set them aside.
  • Remove and discard any excess fat from the cooked beef. Stir in condensed soup and garlic powder, then simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Take the beef off the heat. Mix in the egg noodles and stir well. Add the sour cream and season with salt and pepper.
  • Savor the dish while it's still hot!
