Irresistible baked chicken wings with sweet and savory marinade of brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, and mustard.
Ingredients:
  • 5 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons dry sherry
  • 1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 24 chicken wings
Instructions:
  • Prepare all your ingredients.
  • Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sherry, mustard, and garlic powder in a bowl and whisk until well mixed.
  • Place the chicken wings in a 9x13-inch baking dish and generously coat them with the flavorful marinade. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours.
  • Heat the oven to 375°F (190°C), then uncover the baking dish by removing the plastic wrap.
  • Roast the chicken wings in the preheated oven, basting occasionally, until fully cooked and no longer pink in the center, approximately for 1 hour. Ensure an instant-read thermometer registers at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C) when inserted into the center.
