Flavorful baked salmon fillets, tender and lightly seasoned, perfect with veggies or rice.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (8 ounce) salmon fillets
  • 2 teaspoons coarse salt
  • 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 1.5 teaspoons chopped fresh dill
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Lay salmon fillets on a baking sheet. Season with salt, pepper, and dill, and drizzle with lemon juice.
  • Bake the fish in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, then cut each fillet into 2 pieces before serving.
