Ingredients:
  • 1 sourdough loaf
  • 40g unsalted butter
  • 40ml avocado oil
  • 165.00 ml fetta
  • 60.00 ml parmesan, finely grated
  • 5g Italian herbs (I use a tube)
  • Pinch salt
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1 large mushroom
  • Avocado oil, extra, to drizzle
  • Parmesan, extra, to sprinkle
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 180C.
  • Cut the loaf crosswise and lengthwise about an inch apart, ensuring not to slice through the bottom.
  • Combine melted butter with oil, herbs, salt, and pepper, then evenly distribute the mixture into the cuts of the loaf.
  • Combine crumbled feta and parmesan, then stuff the mixture evenly into the cuts in the loaf.
  • Finely slice the mushrooms and evenly stuff them into the cuts in the loaf.
  • Drizzle with additional oil and sprinkle with extra Parmesan cheese.
  • Wrap the ingredients tightly in foil and bake for 15-20 minutes.
