Garlicky Swiss chard with tangy balsamic - a quick, tasty delight!
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 bunch Swiss chard, stalks discarded, leaves cut into wide ribbons
  • 0.25 cup balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, warm up the olive oil. Saute the garlic until tender and fragrant, for about 2 minutes. Add Swiss chard and balsamic vinegar, then cook until the chard wilts and becomes tender, approximately 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper before serving.
