Ingredients:

30g (1/3 cup) finely grated pecorino
40.00 gm margarine
2 thick slices white bread

Instructions:

Mix the pecorino and margarine in a bowl until well combined. Spread the mixture evenly over the bread using a knife.
"Air fry the bread at 200C for 5 minutes or until golden. Serve hot."
