Skillet Barbecue Pork Chops

Try this quick and delicious pork skillet for a hearty dinner in 25 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 4 pork loin or rib chops, 1/2 inch thick (about 1 1/4 pounds)
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 can (15 ounces) chunky tomato sauce with onions, celery and green bell peppers
  • 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
Instructions:
  • Prepare a 12-inch nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Season both sides of the pork with salt and pepper. Cook the pork in the skillet for about 5 minutes, flipping it once, until it achieves a golden brown color.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients to the skillet. Bring to a boil, then lower the heat. Cover and cook for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pork is slightly pink by the bone.
