Ingredients:
  • 1 lb ground beef (at least 80% lean)
  • 2 cups hot water
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 box (5.7 oz) Hamburger Helper™ Sweet BBQ
  • 1 can (15.25 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (4 oz)
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions
Instructions:
  • Cook the beef in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  • Combine water, milk, uncooked pasta, sauce mix from the box, and corn in a pot. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally until pasta is cooked through.
  • Lower the heat, cover, and let it simmer for around 10 minutes. Stir occasionally until the pasta is tender. Remove from heat and gently mix in 1/2 cup of cheese.
  • Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheese on top, cover, and allow it to stand for 3 minutes. Garnish with green onions.
