Ingredients:
  • 1 box (4.7 oz) Betty Crocker™ Au Gratin Potatoes
  • 2 cups hot water
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 5 hot dogs, cut into 1/4-inch slices

Instructions:
  • In a 10-inch nonstick skillet, combine the sauce mix (from the box), hot water, and milk until smooth. Add the potatoes (from the box) and stir to combine. Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Mix in the hot dogs and frozen corn, and continue cooking for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are tender and the hot dogs and corn are heated through.
  • Take the pot off the heat and add the cheese. Keep stirring until the cheese is completely melted. Serve right away.
