Crispy diced potatoes cooked with butter, garlic, and onions for a flavorful and caramelized finish in a hot skillet.
Ingredients:
  • 6 tablespoons butter, divided
  • 2 large potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 0.5 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions:
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 4 1/2 tablespoons of butter until sizzling. Add potatoes and cook until golden brown, stirring occasionally, for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • In a small skillet over medium heat, melt the remaining 1 1/2 tablespoons of butter. Sauté the onion and garlic in the melted butter until the onions are tender, for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Combine the flavorful onion mixture with the potatoes until the potatoes are tender, approximately 10 minutes more, stirring occasionally.
