Skinny Lemon-Dill Dip

Healthy dip with reduced sat fat and cholesterol, perfect for cookouts. So delicious, you'll want to make extra!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Yoplait® plain fat-free yogurt
  • 1/2 cup light sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped drained capers
  • 2 teaspoons snipped fresh dill or thyme or 1/2 teaspoon dried dill or thyme, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon finely shredded lemon peel
  • Assorted dippers (such as carrots sticks, zucchini strips, bias-sliced yellow summer squash, fresh pea pods, and sweet pepper strips)
Instructions:
  • Combine yogurt, sour cream, capers, dill or thyme, and lemon peel in a small bowl and stir.
  • Before serving, give the dip a thorough stir and optionally top it with extra lemon peel and fresh dill or thyme for a delightful presentation. Enjoy with your choice of dippers.
