Satisfy picky eaters with savory sloppy joe fries featuring seasoned ground beef, tangy barbecue sauce, crispy fries, and melted Mexican cheese.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (28 ounce) package frozen French fries
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 (15.5 ounce) can sloppy joe sauce (such as Hunt's® Manwich®)
  • 1 (18 ounce) bottle barbeque sauce
  • 1 (12 ounce) bag shredded Mexican cheese blend
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Arrange frozen French fries in a 11x13-inch glass baking dish and bake in a preheated oven until perfectly golden brown, for about 25 minutes.
  • Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown ground beef until crumbly, about 5 to 7 minutes; discard excess grease. Lower heat to medium, stir in sloppy joe sauce and barbecue sauce, and heat through for about 15 minutes.
  • Cover French fries with flavorful ground beef blend, shower with a generous amount of mixed Mexican cheese, and bake until cheese is hot and bubbly, typically 10 minutes.
