Spicy slow-cooked venison roast in savory chile-garlic sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 onion, diced
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 pound boneless venison roast
  • 0.5 cup ketchup
  • 0.25 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 0.25 cup chile-garlic sauce
  • 0.25 teaspoon liquid smoke
  • 0.33333331346512 cup water
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon pepper
Instructions:
  • In a skillet over medium heat, sauté onion in olive oil until softened for about 3 minutes. Add garlic and continue cooking for an additional 2 minutes until softened.
  • Place the venison roast in a slow cooker and generously coat it with the flavorful onion mixture. Combine ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, chile-garlic sauce, water, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl, then pour this delicious blend over the venison.
  • Slow cook until the meat is tender and fully cooked, about 4 to 5 hours.
