Ingredients:
  • 1 (2 pound) beef top round roast
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 large carrots, chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • 0.5 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 cup barbecue sauce
Instructions:
  • Add the beef roast to a slow cooker with onion, carrots, and celery. Season generously with garlic powder and pepper, then drizzle Worcestershire sauce and barbecue sauce over everything. Cook covered on Low for 6 to 8 hours until the meat is tender and reaches an internal temperature of 140°F (60°C) for medium doneness.
