Slow cooker Buffalo chicken dip: Tender chicken, creamy cheese, sour cream, and spicy Buffalo sauce blend for a mouthwatering party favorite.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (8 ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 (8 ounce) package reduced-fat cream cheese (Neufchatel)
  • 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
  • 0.5 cup Buffalo wing sauce (such as Frank's® Red Hot)
  • 0.5 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Instructions:
  • Season the chicken breasts generously with salt, pepper, and garlic powder before placing them in the slow cooker and covering with the lid.
  • Slow cook the chicken until fully cooked, approximately 3 hours. Discard any excess juices. Use a hand mixer to shred the chicken. Mix in cream cheese, sour cream, Buffalo wing sauce, and Cheddar cheese. Continue to cook on Low for another hour. Stir everything together until well combined.
