Effortlessly savor the fiery flavors of buffalo chicken wings with this easy slow cooker buffalo chicken dip - minimal prep, maximum taste!
Ingredients:
  • 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups shredded deli rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup Frank's™ RedHot™ Original cayenne pepper sauce
  • 1 cup blue cheese dressing or ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz)
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (2 oz)
  • Toasted sliced bread, crackers or celery sticks, as desired
Instructions:
  • Prepare the slow cooker by coating it with cooking spray. Layer in the cream cheese, 1 cup of chicken, half of the hot sauce, and half of the dressing. Repeat the layers with the remaining chicken, hot sauce, and dressing.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella and blue cheese on top. Cover and cook on Low for about 2 hours, or until cheese is gooey and everything is heated through.
  • Enjoy while warm with the rest of the ingredients.
