Creamy French onion pork chops with 5 simple ingredients cooked in a slow cooker for a delicious and satisfying meal.
Ingredients:
  • nonstick cooking spray
  • 5 (6 ounce) pork chops
  • 1 pinch garlic salt, or to taste
  • 1 (18.5 ounce) can French onion soup (such as Progresso®)
  • 1 (8 ounce) container light sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Instructions:
  • In a hot skillet with cooking spray, sear pork chops for 5 to 7 minutes, seasoning with garlic salt. Transfer to a slow cooker and cover with French onion soup.
  • Allow the dish to gently simmer for 8 hours, enhancing the flavors to perfection.
  • After removing the chops, stir in sour cream and flour in the slow cooker, heating until slightly thickened, about 10 to 15 minutes. Pour the sauce over the chops before serving.
